At PUR Passion LLC, every bottle is handcrafted fresh daily with care, passion, and high-quality, raw ingredients. Because our juices are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been picked up or delivered.

However, we always want our customers to be satisfied with their experience. Please review our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

All juice sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product. Email: PURPassionWellness@gmail.com Phone: (504) 931-3642 Include your name, order number, and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or credit toward a future purchase.

3. Quality Commitment

Our juices are raw, unpasteurized, and free from preservatives, meaning they have a shorter shelf life. Please refrigerate immediately and consume by the “Enjoy By” date listed on the bottle for best taste and nutritional value.

4. Late or Missed Pickups

If you miss your scheduled pickup or delivery time, your juices may lose freshness. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unclaimed or delayed orders, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

5. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you ever have a concern about your purchase or experience, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
