At PUR Passion LLC, every bottle is handcrafted fresh daily with care, passion, and high-quality, raw ingredients. Because our juices are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been picked up or delivered.

However, we always want our customers to be satisfied with their experience. Please review our policy below:

1. All Sales Are Final

All juice sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.

3. Quality Commitment

Our juices are raw, unpasteurized, and free from preservatives, meaning they have a shorter shelf life. Please refrigerate immediately and consume by the “Enjoy By” date listed on the bottle for best taste and nutritional value.

4. Late or Missed Pickups

If you miss your scheduled pickup or delivery time, your juices may lose freshness. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unclaimed or delayed orders, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you ever have a concern about your purchase or experience, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

1. Fresh, Made-to-Order Production

All PUR Passion juices are cold-pressed and handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipping or local delivery. We never ship products that aren’t made fresh — quality and freshness come first.

• Pickup options at select events or scheduled pickup locations

• Nationwide shipping on a limited basis (coming soon)

3. Shipping Method & Packaging

All orders are shipped using insulated packaging and cold packs to keep your juices chilled during transit. Because our products are perishable, they are sent via priority or overnight shipping when applicable.
Please refrigerate your juices immediately upon arrival.

4. Delivery Schedule

Orders placed Monday–Thursday are typically shipped or delivered the next business day after juicing.
Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed on Monday to ensure freshness (we do not ship over weekends to prevent spoilage).

5. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PUR Passion LLC is not responsible for delays or spoilage resulting from incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. If you’re not home, please arrange for someone to receive your package to ensure immediate refrigeration.

6. Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer local pickup and delivery within designated service areas. You’ll receive a confirmation message or email with your delivery date, time window, and pickup instructions.
